The job
You are responsible, together with competent and experienced colleagues, for the release of API, including among other tasks review of batch documentations, approval of non-conformities, instructions, validations and change requests.One of your primary objects is to perform review and approval in due time and in full compliance with the GMP standards. You assure quality products come up to the requirements of the authorities. Good relations and communication skills are key tools to handling the quality issues in the best possible way, and therefore you will proactively establish relations to your colleagues in the production.

As QA Professional, you are aware, purposeful and have impact, which means that you can stand firm if considerations of patient safety and company policy require it. Qualifications
You are a qualified pharmacist, engineer or have a Master of Science degree. Preferable your academic background is topped with experience from pharmaceutical industry. You are familiar with GMP and authority requirements for the pharmaceutical industry.You work systematically and can take a comprehensive view and you are not afraid of taking decisions and get the job done. You are the kind of person who can work on their own. Moreover, you are purposeful and able to prioritise several tasks in a changing environment. You are good at building relations to colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation. The litigation support analyst is responsible for providing support to litigation team using various eDiscovery applications.

RELATIONSHIPS

Reports to a designated attorney. Assists designated attorney in the delivery of eDiscovery/litigation support services. Interacts with individuals in other NNI departments and affiliate companies. Also interacts with outside law firms, government agencies, and business entities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Runs day-to-day operations of all eDiscovery software platforms

RELATIONSHIPS:

• Monitors and processes class of trade scrubs in the Government Pricing system. Communicates with Government Pricing manager and I.T. where necessary.

RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to the Senior Manager, Field Management Analytics. Interacts regularly with members of the Field Force Effectiveness team, Field VP’s, Regional Business Directors, IT, and key stakeholders. Other relationships include interactions with Marketing, Senior Business Development, and HR. External relationships include vendors and information technology developers. May manage interns and/or develop analysts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Sales Analysis:
• Analyze sales data for trends and accuracy. Identify and report unusual results to senior regional sales leadership and propose innovative recommendations.
• Become an expert in data visualization tools to allow for deep dives in new data sets.
• Conduct deep dives on specific topics and communicate key conclusions and recommendations as directed by Senior Manager.
• Support Associate Director Business Support in preparation for and execution of business review meetings with assigned sales Vice President.

This Associate Manager of Editorial position manages and performs a full range of editorial services, including copyediting, proofreading, and ensuring consistency at all stages for marketing and educational material. The position oversees, guides and reviews material from initial submission to final approval within the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory Review Board (PRB (Promotional Review Board)) process. Includes overseeing accuracy of copy, layout, and references for print proof or final production review for all Marketing Operations managed production projects. This position includes being a primary recorder of all comments in the Promotional Review Board (PRB) meeting, capturing PRB meeting minutes and other key data as well as being a guide for the Editor role(s). Similar tasks will take place on electronic reviews for conciseness and clarity of commentary.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

EDITING: Copyedits marketing and educational materials in accordance with AMA style and Novo Nordisk style.
